What is my pin number to place holds and renew my items online?
The default pin number is the last 4 digits of your phone number but the pin number can be changed at any time by logging into your account on the iBistro catalog interface.
What if I lost my card?
Notify the library immediately if your card is lost. You'll need a photo ID and $1.00 to receive a replacement card.
How many items can I check out?
If you had proper ID when you applied for the card you may check out as many items as you like.
Without current address verification you may check out two items at a time.
Is there a limit on fines?
A maximum of $10 can be collected on a single item. Lost items will be billed according to replacement costs as the book must be ordered and made ready to put on the shelf through Flathead County Libraries.
How can I volunteer?

Can I return my books at another branch?
Books and other materials can be returned to any Flathead County Library location.
What if you don't have the book I want?
There are two options: either we can check at another library through our Partner Library system or Inter-Library Loan service or we can fill out a purchase request so the library can possibly add the item to our collection. Download a purchase request form here and turn it in at your local library.
